In this role, you'll source and organize parts for in-shop repairs, maintain inventory systems, and help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work with cutting-edge computer programs and contribute to quality control every step of the way.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all shipping and receiving duties, including checking in shipments, verifying accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing outgoing orders.

• Locate and distribute the correct parts and accessories to shop technicians quickly and accurately.

• Correctly price parts and accessories using approved systems and enter information into the proper documents and computer platforms.

• Participate in inventory reconciliation and cycle counts as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department and storage areas.

• Provide accurate parts information and offer available solutions when appropriate.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values when working with coworkers and suppliers.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
