The Carrier Onboarding Representative is responsible for sourcing and vetting carrier services, while always focusing on growing long-term relationships with Carriers. And the best thing is, there is plenty of room for advancement. Role & Responsibility

• Build long standing relationships with new and existing, carriers and co-workers to support our customer needs
• Continual sourcing of new carrier partners and existing underutilized carrier partners
• Accountable for tracking and tracing all pickups and deliveries
• Resolving service issues and failures while working with management team
• Strong negotiation skills to help minimize our transportation spend
• Assist support departments as needed

• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
• Understanding urgency and time critical operations to support the needs of the business
• Highly motivated (driven to succeed), competitive, personable and outgoing
• Must possess strong communication, decision making, time management, presentation, sales and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to research solutions to difficult issues
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to work as an individual while also supporting, and being supported by, a team
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Limited Experience needed
