Overview Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant (MA-C) - Urgent Care at Indigo Urgent Care, a MultiCare Company, is a FLOAT position for the North Region Urgent Care Clinics. Location areas include Redmond, Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Lake Stevens, and Marysville. FTE: 0.9 | Schedule: Day, 8am-8pm (3 x 12-hour shifts). About Indigo Urgent Care Indigo Urgent Care delivers modern, compassionate health care at over 40 clinics across Washington and Idaho, with virtual care options and a focus on a people-centered approach. Indigo emphasizes innovation and collaboration to improve patient experiences. Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes. Perform clinical functions within MA-C license scope, integrating standards, resources, and data. Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting autonomy, dignity, and health for patients from diverse backgrounds. Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients. Requirements Washington State Requirements: Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) Current BLS Certification or eligible for in-house training Minimum one (1) year experience in a physician’s office or medical facility preferred Exceptions may be made for externship/residency applicants with active or pending WA DOH MA-R certification within 7 days of hire; MA-C license within 45 days of hire Idaho State Requirements: Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT WA state MA-C license, or WA state MA-R license required with Indigo endorsement within 30 days of employment Current BLS Certification or eligible for in-house training Minimum one (1) year experience in a physician’s office or medical facility preferred Compensation and Benefits Up to $7,500 sign-on incentive for external candidates (including new grads and experienced medical assistants)
