Job Description

Our client, a precision manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the Tool & Die Department supporting machining and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and effective communications skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Operator

Location: East El Paso, TX

Pay Range: $16 to $18

What’s the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes and machining centers
• Load and verify CNC programs and instructions
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for machining plans
• maintain machine functionality and troubleshoot minor issues

What’s Needed?

• 2+ years of CNC machine operations experience
• Proficiency with G-code and CAM software
• skilled in precision measurement tools
• strong math and geometry skills
• ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
