Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Managerial role.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in directly leading and developing a small HR team.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation and payroll administration.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, C&B, performance management, and ER.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under pressure. Team Leadership & HR Strategy:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the factory.
  • Manage the HR budget and resources effectively.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of employees, from production operators to managerial staff, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower plans.
  • Develop robust sourcing channels and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated.
Labor & Compliance Management:
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all Indonesian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Manpower Law, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan).
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, and serve as the primary point of contact for government relations and audits.
  • Proactively manage industrial relations and mitigate potential labor risks.
Compensation, Benefits & Performance:
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and conduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
  • Develop and manage the performance appraisal system, linking outcomes to development and rewards.
Employee Engagement & Talent Development:
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the implementation of development programs to build a skilled workforce.
