What you will do - Accurately manage inventory, inventory movement and security of all fire alarm devices, sprinkler, and suppression equipment inventory
- Work weekly report to demonstrate activity to reconcile negatives
- Spot check inventory accuracy for all levels of service department employees
- Inventory adjustments managed and maintained on a weekly cycle
- Implement circuit board and electronic parts return program
- Communicate tracking information of parts that are shipped
- Inventory control by following the process identified, keeping accurate and timely records for each project customer.
- Manage warehouse, accurately control inventory and provide organizational skills
- Timely and accurately receive parts as it is critical to provide excellent customer service
- Conduct monthly safety audits to ensure the warehouse is safe and secure
- Other duties as assigned
What we look for - Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly
- 1+ years of equivalent Inventory Control experience
- Strong computer knowledge of computer software to include MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.07-$-25.71 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
