Join a creative, high-end showroom and renovations company dedicated to transforming houses into homes. Hurst Designs is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office / Project Manager to help oversee operations and support project execution.
This is not a standard administrative role — we’re looking for someone who thrives on taking initiative, improving systems, and juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination among showroom, design, and project teams.
• Support project management by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and assisting with purchasing, estimating, and documentation.
• Assist with client communications, vendor coordination, and subcontractor documentation.
• Assist with basic accounting responsibilities such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
• Learn existing company systems to deliver efficient, high-quality administrative and project support.
• Serve as an executive assistant to company leadership — anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and improving processes.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in office management, project coordination, or construction administration (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Buildertrend, QuickBooks, or similar tools is a plus.
• Self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and helps the team operate more efficiently.

We have been remodeling homes in the Henderson County area & vacation homes on both Cedar Creek Lake & Lake Athens for the last 17 years.
