Orthopedic Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 5 day work week Pay Rate: $850000.00 - $1200000.00

A health organization known for exceptional patient care is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join its team. Building your practice at this Level 3 trauma center will allow you to split your time between the clinic and OR while earning at the 90th percentile or more.

 

Opportunity Highlights

• 50/50 time in clinic and OR
• Ability to build up a subspecialized part of your practice – especially a huge need for total joints
• Dedicated physician assistants for the orthopedic surgery department – maximizes efficiency with seeing patients in the clinic
• Up to $750K base salary
• $20K annual quality incentive bonus
• $75 per RVU pay – this is in addition to base salary and quality incentive bonus
• Realistic and proven income potential of $1.2M+ per year  
• $200K for student loan repayment
• $100K signing bonus (if no student loan repayment package)
• 40 PTO days
• $20K relocation assistance
• $4K for CME stipend per year
