Performance Marketing Manager (Polish speaking) Our client is a rapidly expanding FinTech company offering digital financial services across multiple markets. In Poland, they operate a cash-loan platform launched in 2024 — providing accessible and efficient consumer finance solutions. Position Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the online marketing efforts in Poland. This role focuses on managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and developing new media channels to drive user acquisition for our loan products. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, strategic, and familiar with Poland’s digital advertising landscape—particularly in the loan or FinTech sector . Key Responsibilities Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across major platforms including Google, Facebook, and TikTok for the Polish market. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance in real time; propose data-based optimization strategies to maximize ROI while controlling costs. Channel Development: Identify and develop new media partnerships and acquisition channels; track and manage each channel’s effectiveness. Creative Direction: Collaborate with designers and content teams to guide ad creatives that resonate with Polish users and align with product selling points. Social Media & App Presence: Oversee local social media accounts and App Store/Google Play listings to maintain a strong brand presence. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders (based in China and Poland) and external vendors for campaign execution and contract negotiations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the Polish loan or FinTech market . Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency. Fluent in Polish (mandatory); proficiency in English required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven and adaptable — able to learn new products, markets, and trends quickly.
