Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and valuable feedback. Assist in implementing new initiatives and processes aimed at improving service delivery. Stay informed about industry developments to provide insightful recommendations to clients. Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
