Job Description Position Summary As a Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Transformation Execution Office, contributing to the successful management and support of large, highly complex transformative organizational projects and programs.

Responsibilities Program Management Activities:
- Manage large scale organizational programs, varying in complexity, from moderate to high complexity.
- Lead cross-functional programs that span multiple enterprise wide.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve program goals.
- Programs will frequently necessitate engaging with remote staff and collaborating with vendors to achieve the assigned project objectives.
- Lead program discovery activities (e.g. request for proposals, business case development, security risk assessment).
Program Planning and Work Breakdown:
- Build program/project plans down to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level, involving team participation.
- Create detailed schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Budget Management and Risk Mitigation:
- Develop and manage program budgets.
- Address program issues, risks, decisions, and assumptions.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Strategic Alignment:
- Analyze program/project proposals, considering time frames, funding constraints, and appropriate processes.
- Ensure program goals align with overall business objectives/strategic goals.
Resource Management:
- Responsible for resource management across all project phases (discovery, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing)
- Responsible for requesting resources, ensuring availability during necessary project phases, assigning tasks, and monitoring allocated resource hours.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to program personnel.
- Manage program activities to stay on schedule and within budget.
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain stakeholder mapping, communication, and reporting.
- Resolve conflicts and dependencies across projects.
Vendor Work Plan Approval:
- Review and approve the work plan of external service providers or consultancies contracted for program/project execution.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Multifaceted Skill Set:
- Possess a distinctive blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills.
- This diverse skill set is crucial due to the high visibility and substantial impact of this position.
Integrated Master Schedule Management:
- Develop, manage, and monitor an integrated master schedule for complex programs with multiple phases.
- Ensure alignment with overall program goals and objectives.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management, progressive leadership, and/or Change Execution experience required.
- 5+ years of professional Project/Program Management experience within a PMO/EPMO function.
- Experience in leading diverse teams while managing complex and risky projects/programs
- Project Program/Portfolio Management experience required
- PMP Certification required
