What You'll Do as a Real Estate Agent:

1. Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive business growth.
2. Build meaningful connections that resonate with clients, creating additional sales prospects.
3. Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to identify their property needs, then present homes that align with their requirements.
4. Conduct compelling open houses to showcase our properties.
5. Manage the complete transaction journey, from initial listing through final closing, guaranteeing efficient and seamless deals.
6. Generate leads to create new business possibilities.
7. Become a market authority – master the local area and conditions, confidently addressing questions about available homes, comparable properties, and community features.

What We're Looking For:

1. A valid Real Estate License is required.
2. Sales background is beneficial.
3. Comfort with technology and digital tools.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
