Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the companys strategic vision and longterm goals, key priorities and initiatives. Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Develop.
Lead crossfunctional teams in the planning and execution of transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Oversee the management of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and support project initiatives. Communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the budget for the Corporate Strategy and Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with statespecific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
