Job Description

*BONUS* This position is eligible for a bonus of up to $8,000 for full-time employees and $4,000 for part-time employees. The bonus will be paid out in two parts: (1) following the successful completion of the six-month probationary period ($3,000 for full-time employees; $1,500 for part-time employees) and (2) following one year of employment ($5,000 for full-time employees; $2,500 for part-time employees). Full-time employees must maintain full-time status throughout the entirety of their first year to receive the full-time bonus, and part-time employees must average 16 hours per week to be eligible for the bonus.

Along with excellent training and experience, Centre offers competitive compensation and benefits that include:

  • Pay: $19.00 to $24.00 (Depends on experience)
  • Health and Welfare: Employees may be eligible to receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of up to $5.09 per hour in addition to base pay (Up to $407.20 per pay period!)
  • Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour
  • 100% employer-paid individual medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance for full-time employees
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • 11 paid holidays per year
  • Double-time pay on holidays worked
  • 401(k) with company match of up to 6% (must meet age, hours, and length of service requirements)

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Some college education focused in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who possess at least two years of experience working with criminal justice treatment programs.

This position also requires effective communication skills, the ability to pay attention to detail, and proficiency in the use of computers, including use of the internet and Microsoft Office.
