Summary

Data Entry Specialist (remote)

$30/hour

We are looking for a data entry person to help perform simple data entry tasks. In general, tasks require you to review documents for pertinent information and enter the information into an Excel spreadsheet. Reporting to the Legal Operations Manager on our legal team, the ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail while working at a fast pace. You don't need to be an expert contract reviewer or Excel savant, but a good reading comprehension and the ability to create and fill in spreadsheets without errors are must-have qualities.

You

Review PDF documents

Enter information into a spreadsheet

Track your progress against a known case load

Maintain an efficient review process to reduce data entry errors

Identify inconsistencies and errors in collected data

You have

A high school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist

Ability to transcribe data

Good reading comprehension

Be willing to ask questions when the following steps are unclear.
