How You Will Make An Impact Assume overall responsibility for the safety, security, and well‑being of the community. Conduct safety inspections, testing, and audits to support Life Safety and OSHA compliance. Identify safety/security risks and respond accordingly. Mentor, train, and lead the security team. Conduct investigations and preserve evidence as required. Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and applicable laws. Respond to incidents and emergencies of significance and serve as the incident commander until relieved by a higher authority. Serve as the liaison officer to external first responders. What You Will Need Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement), Emergency Management, or comparable leadership experience. Current and valid driver’s license. Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder role. Emergency Medical Responder Certification within 6 months of hire. Professional Security Certification such as CPP, PSP, or CHPA (preferred). Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification. OSHA 10‑Hour certification within 6 months of hire.
