Job Title- Cisco VPN Load Balancer Location - Onsite Role Responsibilities : - Lead the analysis and design of application solutions to meet business requirements. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Cisco VPN and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologies. - Provide technical guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful project delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new applications and enhancements. - Ensure that all applications comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements particularly in the Payer Claims Medicare & Medicaid Claims domains. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of application performance and make recommendations for improvements. - Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the applications. - Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. - Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. - Lead the resolution of complex technical issues and provide expert advice to the project team. -Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing projects and leading application development initiatives. - Demonstrate expertise in Cisco VPN and Load Balancer BIG IP / F5 technologies. - Have strong domain knowledge in Payer Claims Medicare & Medicaid Claims. - Exhibit excellent project management skills including the ability to manage timelines budgets and resources effectively. - Show proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until June 15 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $105K - $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
