Salesforce Development Manager

Atlanta, GA - Mostly remote (Candidates MUST have the ability to come into the office at least monthly and as needed for team meetings.)

Candidates must prior experience as a Salesforce Developer/ Architect/ Product Leader and experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, and Experience required). This role leads technical development teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions; as well as ensuring business requirements and delivery timelines are met.

Requirements:
• Proficiently oversee diverse development resources, nurturing each to unleash their full potential.
• Collaborate closely with Product, CX, and MarTech Leaders to transform requirements into well-defined Jira tickets and allocate tasks effectively among team members.
• Establish a framework for incoming experience requests aligned with strategic priorities, ensuring prompt delivery of innovative technological solutions.
• Guide a Salesforce Agile scrum team to drive the development of desired user experiences across the application lifecycle.
• Salesforce Certifications
• Healthcare experience a plus
